A single mass of 2.36 kg was found while discing a field
by a farmer southeast of Wichita, Kansas, Sedgwick Co.
in August 1971 The meteorite was sold in 2001 to a US collector and was subsequently classified as an H6 chondrite W3 S3 by Dr. Kentaro Kaneda of the University of Tokyo. The main mass is currently owned by a private collector in the Kansas Meteorite Society.
